Roles and Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Lead concept visualization and design moodboards. Direct creative executions across packaging, digital, print, and video. Collaborate with copy, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life. Supervise designers and ensure brand consistency across all formats. Oversee photo/video shoots, set art direction, and visual tone. Skills Required
Killer design sense with the ability to translate strategy into stunning visual ideas. Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory. Mastery in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. A robust aesthetic eye and storytelling instinct. Ability to juggle multiple briefs without dropping the vibe. Team player who can inspire, mentor, and guide junior designers. Experience
6-10 years in design, advertising, or brand creative roles. A portfolio that shows range, taste, and impact across media. Experience with FMCG, D2 C, or youth-first brands is a win. ● Experience leading shoots and visual campaigns preferred.
