About the Role
Amity University Hyderabad invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Computer Science. The selected candidate will contribute to high-quality teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration while supporting the University's mission of academic excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Computer Science courses. Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and assessments. Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and university standards. Mentor students in academics, internships, projects, and career development. Guide undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. Conduct quality research and publish papers in reputed journals (Scopus/SCI-indexed preferred). Apply for funded research projects,



consultancy assignments, and patents. Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and departmental administrative activities. Collaborate with industry and academic partners for internships, research, and innovation. Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs.
