Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HORECA Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have an established network and strong relationships with hotels, hospitality groups, hotel procurement teams, architects, consultants, and project management companies. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored flooring and rug solutions for hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow business across the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment.
* Leverage existing relationships with hotel chains, luxury hotels, hospitality groups, and procurement teams to generate business.
* Identify and secure opportunities for current hotel projects, renovations,



and refurbishment requirements.
* Build strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Purchase Heads, Project Heads, Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC consultants.
* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions, quotations, sampling, and project execution.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming hospitality projects.
* Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
* 5–10 years of B2 B sales experience within the HORECA or hospitality industry.
* Proven experience selling to hotels, hospitality groups
