Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible for shift operations for the handing over taking over,

- Operation &
- Maintenance of complete Mechanical System like STP, WTP,

Triturator

. FDP and PHE along with the required system network across Airside, Terminal and Landside including coordination with contractors and other stake holders (internal & external) for smooth Operation &

- Maintenance to ensure system availability as per the defined SLA and KPI.

- Operation &

- Maintenance coordination with vendor of Entire HVAC Infrastructure covering High Side and Low Side of HVAC, and related Systems in close coordination with peers, contractors, and other stake holders (internal & external).

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

- Review DBR,s.

Initial

Designs, Engineering Designs, GFC,s and compliance and support in establishing SOP’s and EOP’s and O&M; Manuals for smooth service delivery of Airport Services to all stake holders.

- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Handing Over Taking Over (HOTO), Operation and Maintenance Manuals, work method statement, Records, drawings & documents, QA/QC, EHS methodology to comply system requirements, repair and maintenance, testing & operational plan

- Well versed with NFPA, NBC, IS and IEC codes and engineering software.





- Support in Strategizing Vendor performance levels and support in RFP &
- Contracting process

- Support in strategizing the Operations and Maintenance guidelines in line with the best industry practices, and contributing to working of the Financial Business Plan.

- Support in taking over of the Entire Engineering &

- Utility Infrastructure in line with the standards and specification mentioned in the EPC, snag free and ensuring the systems performance and uptime.

- Tracking progress and highlighting & resolving critical issues proactively.

- Plan, organize and execute activities concerned with the O&M; of Mechanical system STP, WTP, Triturator, Pump houses, FDP and PHE and associated system network and equipment etc. at airport as per the O&M; manual.

- Having experience in maintenance of external area wide system design like drainage, sewer etc. knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Compliance to policies and programs to achieve objectives and coordinate utility activities between departments to maintain operating efficiency

- Compliance to Vendor Management policies

- Tracking Energy performance at sublevels and assist in innovating and implementing energy saving practices across airports.
