SharePoint, Power Platform & AI Applications Administrator / Developer

Position Summary

This role is responsible for administering, developing, governing, and supporting enterprise collaboration, automation, analytics, and Generative AI platforms. The position combines hands-on solution development with platform administration across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, ChatGPT, Cursor, and related Microsoft 365 services.

The administrator/developer will partner with business teams, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Legal, Compliance, and application development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-focused digital solutions. The role will also help drive automation and AI adoption while ensuring strong controls for data security, privacy, access management, compliance, and responsible AI usage.

Core Responsibilities

- Administer and support SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, Power Platform environments, Power BI workspaces, and approved enterprise AI applications.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integrated business solutions.
- Manage platform governance, security roles, access controls, DLP policies, environments, connectors, gateways, service accounts, licensing, capacity, and lifecycle standards.
- Support Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Cowork, ChatGPT, Cursor, and related AI capabilities by managing access, adoption, documentation, responsible usage, and operational controls.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation, reporting, collaboration, and AI opportunities that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, production issue resolution,



vendor escalation, and continuous improvement across supported platforms.

Platform Scope

- SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365: Site administration, permissions, collaboration solutions, document management, Teams and OneDrive integration, lifecycle management, and platform support.
- Power Platform: Administration and governance of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, gateways, environments, ALM, and citizen development standards.
- Power Apps and Power Automate: Development of business applications, workflow automation, approvals, notifications, integrations, reusable components, and production-ready solutions.
- Power BI: Development and administration of dashboards, reports, semantic models, data refreshes, workspaces, permissions, gateways, data models, Power Query, DAX, and Row-Level Security.
- AI Applications: Administration and governance of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, ChatGPT, Cursor, AI agents, prompt guidance, AIassisted workflows, adoption, secure usage, and responsible AI controls.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, JSON, REST APIs, PowerShell, security roles, RBAC, DLP policies, ALM, and enterprise system integrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot administration, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot/AI agent governance,



ChatGPT Enterprise/Business administration, Cursor or comparable AI-assisted development tools, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to manage SaaS applications, licenses, access, environments, workspaces, connectors, gateways, monitoring, documentation, and operational support processes.
- Experience with Tableau or other enterprise business intelligence and visualization tools is an additional advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, application development, automation, business intelligence, SaaS administration, and enterprise support.
- Hands-on experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions, combined with administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform environments.
- Experience implementing security, governance, DLP, access control, application lifecycle, and production support standards.
- Exposure to enterprise Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted development platforms is preferred.
