About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Service Catalog Development

- Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.

- Configure Variables, Variable Sets, Catalog Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

- Develop and maintain workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.

- Build user-friendly forms and self-service experiences.

- Platform Development

- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications while adhering to platform best practices.

- Develop solutions using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

- Configure Application UIs, Workflows, and Service Portal components.

- Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps Integration & Automation

- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Automate approvals, notifications, and fulfillment processes.

- Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and optimize performance.

- Support deployment, release management, and production implementations
