ServiceNow Technical Consultant – GRC / IRM / TPRM

Experience: 7–10 Years ServiceNow | 1–3 Years IRM/GRC & TPRM preferred

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong development and configuration experience to support IRM/GRC and TPRM implementations and enhancements. The candidate will work with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications for IRM/GRC and TPRM .
- Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Notifications and Approvals .
- Support Risk, Compliance, Audit, Controls, Issues and Vendor Risk Management processes.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Work on Service Catalog, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets and deployment activities .
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with architects and functional teams.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills
- 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer and Integration Hub knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, CMDB and integrations .
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in REST/SOAP, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update Sets .
