- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

- ServiceNow ITBM

- JavaScript and Glide scripting

- ServiceNow Studio

- Business Rules, UI Policies, and Integrations

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience with Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project.

Portfolio

Management (PPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM).

- Experience implementing and configuring PPM, Demand Management, Resource. Management,



Agile Development, and Financial Planning.

- Experience customizing project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.

- Understanding of AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.

- Exposure to Secure and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
