About The Job:

Servicenow Architect - SPM

Essential Job Functions

- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow SPM solutions, including:
- Demand Management
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications such as SAP, Jira, Azure DevOps, and ERP systems.
- Establish governance, security, performance, and best practices for the SPM platform.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and functional consultants.
- Support estimation, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

- Experience - 8+ Years relevant experience.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and customization.
- Expertise in workflows,



Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise portfolio management and resource planning processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
