ServiceNow Product Owner / Product Manager – Cloud Platform

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days WFO at UBS Office

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner / Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Cloud Platform.

The ideal candidate should have robust ServiceNow product/platform ownership experience , stakeholder management skills, and exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives.

This is not a Project Manager-only role ; candidates must demonstrate genuine Product Ownership / Product Management experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the ServiceNow product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog .
- Drive ServiceNow platform adoption, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with business stakeholders, leadership, architects, engineering teams, and vendors to identify business requirements and automation opportunities.
- Define and track product KPIs, SLAs, platform health, adoption, and business outcomes .
- Evaluate new ServiceNow releases, features, and modules and identify opportunities to improve platform value.
- Drive ServiceNow implementation, migration, upgrade,



and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, BAs, QA, Security, and Operations teams.
- Ensure platform solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, audit, and governance standards .
- Drive technical debt reduction, platform modernization, and sustainable OOTB-first ServiceNow practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder governance.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

- 10–15 years of overall experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Product Management / Product Ownership / ServiceNow Platform Management .
- 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or platform initiatives .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, enterprise automation, and cloud transformation.
- Experience with product roadmap, backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, governance, and platform adoption .
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and ServiceNow reporting/analytics .
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
