Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow PSM Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, portal enhancements, integrations, reporting, and platform administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM)

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications based on business requirements

- Develop and maintain Employee Center portals and related components

- Create and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts

- Work on Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data migration activities

- Perform instance migration activities using Update Sets

- Develop and maintain REST API integrations and Scripted REST APIs

- Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics solutions

- Configure surveys,



knowledge articles, context menus, UI pages, and workflows

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support

- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design

- Support platform rollout activities, user training, and documentation

Required Skills

- Solid experience in ServiceNow development

- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM)

- Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting

- Knowledge of Employee Center portal development

- Strong scripting knowledge using JavaScript

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

- Knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets

- Experience in Service Catalog and workflow development

- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices
