Responsibilities

- Robust hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM, delivering enterprise-grade configuration and customization aligned with platform best practices

- Proven experience delivering fresh/greenfield ServiceNow implementations, establishing foundational data models, workflows, integrations, and core platform capabilities

- Ability to contribute to and support solution design and technical implementation, including development, configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities

- Experience participating in technical design discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end build delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and maintainable solutions





- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions

- Demonstrated capability to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support day-to-day development execution without formal people-management responsibility

- Comfortable working in enterprise and consulting delivery environments, collaborating with architects, functional leads, and client stakeholders

- Certifications (Required / Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM strongly preferred (multiple CIS certifications a plus).
