We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our global ServiceNow Platform team. The role will be responsible for independently driving the design, development, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring developers across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as the technical lead for complex enhancements and platform transformation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Work extensively with:
- Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- Business Rules & Script Includes
- Client Scripts & UI Policies
- Catalog Items & Record Producers
- Service Portal & Agent Workspace
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews while ensuring development standards and best practices.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, production issues, RCA, and platform performance.
- Drive technical debt reduction and platform modernization.
- Collaborate with Architects, BAs, Product Owners,



and Business Stakeholders across global locations.
- Provide technical estimates, delivery planning, and solution guidance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform capability building.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, audit, compliance, and change management standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Ability to independently own technical delivery from requirements through deployment.
- Experience leading technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
