Experience

- Total Experience: 5–10 Years

- Relevant ServiceNow Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules including:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

- Service Request Management (Catalog & RITM)

- Knowledge Management

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain:

- Business Rules, Client Scripts

- UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies

- ACLs

- Design and manage:

- Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables

- Request workflows and lifecycle management

- Build automation using:

- Flow Designer

- Approval workflows, Notifications, Orchestration

- Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Platform Analytics.





- Design end-to-end ITSM solutions and provide technical guidance.

- Mentor junior team members and act as a technical escalation point.
