Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

An experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer with a solid background in building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow's ITSM suite and external enterprise systems. Skilled in leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer to ensure seamless data exchange, process automation, and end-to-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.) and third-party systems such as Active Directory, Jira, SCCM, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk), and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Design integration solutions using REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Servers, and custom scripted APIs.

- Enable bi-directional data synchronization and event-driven workflows for real-time ITSM automation.

- Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security, performance, and data governance standards.





- Collaborate with ITSM process owners, business analysts, and platform architects to align integrations with business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, monitor performance, and optimize existing integrations.

- Create and maintain technical documentation including interface specifications, workflows, and sequence diagrams.

- Scripting & Data Formats: JavaScript, JSON, XML, Glide API, Transform Maps

- Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB

- Third-party Systems: Jira, SCCM, BMC, SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Active Directory

- Authentication Methods: OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, SAML, API Tokens

Certifications (Preferred):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist

- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
