Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

- Request Management

- Service Catalog

- Knowledge Management

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:

- Business Rules

- Client Scripts

- Script Includes

- UI Policies

- UI Actions

- Flow Designer

- Workflow

- Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflows.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.





- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Expertise in

- GlideRecord

- GlideAjax

- Scripted REST APIs

- ACLs

- Data Policies

- Transform Maps

- Import Sets

- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.

- Experience with update sets, source control, and release management.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
