About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to IT Operations and ServiceNow ITOM modules.

- Design functional solutions leveraging ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as:

- Discovery

- Service Mapping

- Event Management

- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

- Orchestration (preferred)

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Define and maintain CMDB data model, governance, and best practices.

- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions.

- Provide functional guidance and solutions aligned with ITIL practices.

- Assist in integration requirements between ServiceNow and other tools.

- Prepare functional documentation, including:

- Business requirement documents (BRD)

- Functional specifications

- Process flows

- Support testing activities (UAT) and ensure quality deliverables.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

- Mandatory requirement to have active CSA & CIS Certification

- Exp: 5-12 years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

- Good understanding of CMDB architecture and data governance.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management).





- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in conducting workshops and client interactions.

- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an advantage.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications such as

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (CIS-ITOM)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
