About The Client

Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including:

- Discovery & CMDB population (using probes, sensors, and patterns).

- Service Mapping to define application dependencies.

- Event Management with third-party monitoring tools

- Design and maintain custom workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.

- Build integrations with monitoring and CMDB tools via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and compliance with ITIL processes.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery schedules, patterns, and classification rules.

- Collaborate with ITSM, SecOps, and ITAM teams for cross-module integrations.

- Support platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements for ITOM applications.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM applications.

- Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, MID Server configuration, and IntegrationHub.

- Hands-on experience integrating with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios).

- Experience in CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).





- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred).

- Good understanding of ITIL v4 processes (Event, Incident, Change, Configuration
