We are seeking Integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with experience or exposure to SNOW (ServiceNow) and Sentinel integration. This will be a standalone profile, and the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow (SNOW) and Microsoft Sentinel.

- Analyze and understand the integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Configure and customize the integration to meet specific business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SNOW-Sentinel integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective workflows.

- Document the integration processes, configurations, and any changes made.





Required Skills and Experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in IT integration, with a focus on SNOW and Sentinel.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Sentinel integration.

- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Sentinel.

- Experience with other integration tools and platforms.
