- 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules – Audit, Risk and Compliance
- Hands-on experience with Workspace configuration & customization
- Development experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Strong skills in Dashboards, Reporting, and Performance/Platform Analytics (PA)
- Ability to understand business requirements and configure effective solutions
- Solid ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) experience
- Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer
