We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow Integrations to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies. The candidate should possess strong development skills and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, JDBC, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
- Implement inbound and outbound integrations using MID Servers and web services.
- Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps modules.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, Azure, SAP, Workday, Jira, Active Directory, or other enterprise applications.
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
