Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect at the Senior Consultant / Manager level to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HRSD Architecture, Labor &

- Employee Relations, Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, Employee Document Management, and integrations with leading HCM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and client discussions.

- Design and configure Labor &
- Employee Relations (LER) solutions.

- Support employee complaints and grievances, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, accommodation requests, ethics and compliance cases, and separation management.

- Design and implement Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Document Management (EDM) solutions.

- Build secure workflows with role-based access, confidentiality controls, audit trails, dashboards, and reporting.

- Design and implement integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors,



Oracle HCM, ADP, Ceridian, and other HCM and payroll platforms.

- Implement integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

- Provide technical and architectural guidance to development teams.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and development best practices.

- Lead client discussions and provide consulting throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure HRSD solutions.

Required Skills &

- Experience:

- Solid experience in ServiceNow HRSD Architecture and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Labor &
- Employee Relations (LER).

- Strong knowledge of Employee Service Center (ESC).

- Experience with HR Case Management and Employee Document Management (EDM).

- Strong experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM integrations.

- Strong understanding of platform governance and security.

- Experience with role-based access, confidentiality controls, and audit requirements.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD-ITSM integrations is preferred.

- Strong client consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead architecture and solution design discussions.
