The ServiceNow GRC – IRM Developer will be responsible for implementing Business Continuity Management solutions to ensure organizational resilience and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules.
- Implement Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning workflows.
- Develop automation for resilience testing and reporting.
- Integrate BCM with IRM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
- Create dashboards and compliance reports for BCM readiness.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow BCM development.
- Robust scripting, workflow, and automation skills.
- Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
