Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery
- Maintain CMDB health and data accuracy
- Create and optimize discovery schedules, probes, and sensors
- Troubleshoot discovery issues and improve performance
- Integrate Discovery with cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Support automation and IT operations processes
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
- Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud)
- Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM modules
- Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell scripting preferred)
- Experience in cloud discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)
