APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:

Title- ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

Location- Hyderabad, India (With periodic in-office reporting)

Duration- Contract

We have a requirement with one of our clients. There are multiple positions to be filled up for this role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps concepts, tools (containers, (CI/CD - Github, Jenkins, Artifactory, Helm), Chef, Ansible, Puppet etc.) and emerging technologies.
- 3 years in architecting and implementing fully automated (IaC/Terraform), secure, reliable, scalable and resilient hybrid-cloud solutions.

- • Must have hands-on exposure and solid understanding of Kubernetes, microservices architecture





- • Must have a deep understanding of SDLC.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

The Ideal Qualifications:

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, SamPro, HRSD etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- ITIL V4 preferred

- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
