Job Responsibilities

- 1. Service Catalog

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Catalog Items and Record Producers.
- Experience with Variables, Variable Sets, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts.
- Good knowledge of catalog approvals and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to configure and customize catalog request functionality.
- Experience troubleshooting Catalog Item and request workflow issues.
- 2. Flow Designer

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Experience creating Flows, Subflows, Actions, and reusable components.
- Ability to trigger and manage flows from Service Catalog requests.
- Experience with approval and fulfillment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, error handling, and debugging skills.
- 3. REST Messages / API Integration

- Strong experience configuring ServiceNow Outbound REST Messages.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON requests/responses.
- Experience with authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and API tokens.




- Ability to configure dynamic parameters, headers, and API payloads.
- Experience troubleshooting API integrations using ServiceNow logs and Postman.
- 4. ServiceNow Development

- Solid ServiceNow JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax.
- Experience with Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, data models, and system properties.
- Experience with debugging, logging, Update Sets, and deployments.
- 5. SailPoint

- Good working knowledge of SailPoint.
- Understanding of access requests, roles, groups, and entitlements.
- Knowledge of user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Experience or familiarity with SailPoint REST API integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow-to-SailPoint integrations and provisioning issues.
- The key focus should be on Service Catalog, Flow Designer, REST/API integrations, strong ServiceNow development, and SailPoint integration/provisioning.
