Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities-
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills:
4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP).
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CAD are preferred.
