About The Job:

- We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.

- The candidate will be responsible for support and operation of ServiceNow modules and creating catalog items. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow module capabilities and will demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support, maintain, develop and customize solutions across ServiceNow ITSM modules using platform best practices

- Implement automation and AI-related capabilities as per business requirements

- Create, enhance, and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines

- Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and participate in incident/problem resolution

- Document configurations, technical designs, and knowledge articles

- Collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver solutions that meet business needs

- Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and ensure quality in line with best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow support & development experience





- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and their functionality

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Solid understanding of ITSM processes

- Experience Level: 4+ years experience in ServiceNow support & development

- Onsite/Remote: Hybrid

- Skill Area: ServiceNow support & development
