Description:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.

- Deep understanding of CI Class Manager, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB Health.

- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, and Data Certification.

- Experience defining CI lifecycle stages and governance processes.

- Solid understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

- Experience implementing Business Applications, Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services, and Service Offerings.

- Ability to map infrastructure CIs to business services and align CMDB structures with ServiceNow best practices.

- Understanding of service portfolios, ownership models, and service hierarchy design.

- Experience configuring and extending CI classes.

- Knowledge of class inheritance, relationships, identifiers, reconciliation definitions, and data models.

- Understanding of server, network, cloud, application, database,



and endpoint CI classes.

- Experience defining class standards, attributes, and governance controls

- Understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

- Knowledge of procurement, deployment, maintenance, warranty, refresh, and retirement processes.

- Experience maintaining asset-CI relationships and supporting lifecycle compliance.

- Familiarity with software licensing, asset reconciliation, inventory management, and audit requirements

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

- ServiceNow Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) Certification

- ITIL Foundation Certification
