Title: ServiceNow Developer – TPRM/GRC

Experience: 2–6 Years

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, with strong knowledge of TPRM and GRC processes. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, automating business processes, and implementing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work on TPRM/GRC processes including risk assessment, compliance, vendor management, and approvals.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Create and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.
- Develop and customize Service Catalog items and approval processes.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.




- Configure forms, tables, fields, notifications, ACLs, and other platform components.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide production support.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills
- 2–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of TPRM/GRC.
- Good proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Experience with Service Catalog development.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform customization.
