Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – ITSM with Now Assist to support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions with a focus on Now Assist capabilities.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents related to Now Assist Skills, implementing minor enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow Now Assist Skills.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Now Assist and ITSM-related issues.

- Implement small configuration changes, including:

- Prompt updates for Now Assist Skills

- Workflow modifications

- Minor integrations and configuration enhancements

- Monitor platform performance, review system logs, and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Test configuration changes in non-production environments and support deployment activities.

- Document technical changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, ITSM teams, platform administrators,



and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and change management processes.

- Participate in code reviews, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist features, Skills, or Generative AI capabilities.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow platform issues and analyzing system logs.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience with testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Now Assist Skill configuration and prompt tuning.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI/GenAI capabilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

ServiceNow certifications such as:

- CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- CAD (Certified Application Developer)

- CIS – ITSM (Preferred)
