- Core experience on SPM / PPM Implementation
- Data Migration from other tools to SPM Modules i.e.

Project

Management & Workspace, Resource Management Workspace, Time sheet policies setup, Configuration Labor Rate cards, SPM Benchmarks

- Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0, financials for Portfolio Planning, Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace, Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM
- Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications,



etc.
- Experience in Automation suites i.e. Flow & Playbooks
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
- Contributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution
- Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 3-5 years
