About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in HRSD and Employee Center Portal for an urgent contract position. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a full-time basis within CET working hours, contributing to the development and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

As a key member of our client’s IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow applications and integrations that enhance HR service delivery and employee engagement.

Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional IT experience, including significant experience in multinational companies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations,



including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD modules, Employee Center Portal, and custom application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations and platform architecture.
- Experience in technical team coordination and project management.
- Knowledge of platform governance, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT processes and frameworks such as ITIL, VeriSM, COBIT, and IT4IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and architecture standards.
- Conducting unit testing and ensuring quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with Business Users and Business Analysts to gather requirements and discuss project deliverables.
- Performing peer reviews of development work to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Managing technical sign-offs at key project milestones, including solution design, QA, and production deployment.




- Ensuring the technical readiness of solutions for operational support and facilitating smooth transition from project to support teams.
- Implementing and maintaining integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Establishing and maintaining lifecycle processes such as release management, data governance, and operational support standards.
- Adhering to security, performance, and UX best practices to optimize solution effectiveness and user experience.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a team-oriented and innovative work environment.
