Experience: 6–8 Years

(Short):

- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.).
- Configure Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure code quality.
- Develop and execute automated test cases and maintain technical documentation.
