Position: ServiceNow Developer (Only immediate joiner)
Role & responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, with at least 2 years in ITSM/ITOM OR ITAM modules. Robust understanding of ITIL, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and asset lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Rest API) and ServiceNow configuration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Skills:
- ITAM (SAM/HAM)
- ITSM+ITOM
