Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with ITSM, strong scripting skills, and expertise in integrations, workflows, and platform customization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and ACLs.

- Build and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.

- Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Configure and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and data relationships following best practices.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and version migrations with minimal business impact.

- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis.





- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Extensive experience with ITSM implementations and enhancements.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ACL security.

- Experience with Update Sets, source control, and deployment best practices.

- Solid problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Experience with ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules.

- Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Exposure to App Engine Studio and custom scoped applications.

Certifications (Preferred)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ITSM / ITOM / IntegrationHub Micro-Certifications
