- ServiceNow Administration & Production Support

- Web programming: JavaScript, HTML

- Expertise in

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions

- Workflows (especially Service Catalog workflows using Workflow Editor)

- SLA design and implementation with email notifications

- Email Notifications

- Configuring





- Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps

- Database Views for variable-based reporting

- Access Control Rules for data security

- User, group, role definition and access management

Process Knowledge

- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and ITIL processes

- Agile methodologies using

- Visual Task Boards

- Stories and Scrum sessions
