Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a robust focus on CMDB configuration, discovery, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows related to CMDB and ITSM modules.

- Develop and maintain CMDB data models, classes, and relationships to ensure accurate representation of IT assets and services.

- Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping tools to populate and maintain CMDB data.

- Integrate CMDB with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, asset management systems) using APIs and data sources.

- Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to enhance ServiceNow functionality.





- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB and discovery processes.

- Ensure CMDB data integrity and compliance with governance policies and procedures.

- Participate in the development of documentation, standards, and best practices for CMDB management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support change management, incident management, and problem management processes.

Required Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.

- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining CMDB in ServiceNow.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and/or Service Mapping.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience with data integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ability to design and implement ServiceNow workflows and business logic.
