ServiceNow Business Analyst | 48 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 4–8 years of experience in business analysis and ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process analysis.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, testers, and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, integration, and upgrade projects.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Validate solutions against business requirements and support UAT activities.
- Coordinate with business users for UAT, defect clarification, and resolution.
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Provide functional guidance on ServiceNow modules and best practices.




- Support change management, release planning, and production implementation activities.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with strong ServiceNow experience.
- Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow implementation/enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/PPM or other relevant modules.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process flows.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Noida Experience: 4–8 Years
