Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of hands-on, pure ServiceNow experience, with strong expertise in Service Portal, Knowledge Management (KM), Employee Center Pro (EC Pro), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

The candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, provide technical guidance, and drive ServiceNow implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, particularly across Service Portal, Employee Center Pro, KM, and HRSD.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Define technical architecture, solution design, integrations, workflows, and platform configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Design and customize Service Portal / Employee Center Pro experiences, widgets, pages, themes, and user interfaces.
- Develop and implement Knowledge Management solutions, including knowledge structures, workflows, and user experience.
- Provide expertise in HRSD modules, processes, and employee-facing solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, architecture standards, security, performance, and scalability guidelines.
- Review technical designs and code developed by team members and provide recommendations for improvement.




- Identify opportunities for platform optimization, automation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and provide architectural resolutions.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of pure hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Robust expertise in:
- ServiceNow Service Portal
- Employee Center Pro (EC Pro)
- Knowledge Management (KM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, solution design, customization, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Important Criteria

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on/pure ServiceNow experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with only ServiceNow training/certification and limited hands-on experience will not be considered.
- Strong Service Portal + KM + EC Pro + HRSD experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as the candidate will work directly with business stakeholders and independently propose solutions.
- Candidates should have strong architect-level solutioning and stakeholder-facing experience.
