Role- ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. As the ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical leader for ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary technical architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and CMDB.

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and standards documentation.

- Define and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.

- Provide architectural oversight for development, integrations, data model design, and workflow configurations.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Lead platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring architectural consistency and quality.

- Evaluate new ServiceNow features, applications, and technologies for potential adoption.

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.

- Robust knowledge of scripting in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub).

- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.

- Proven experience with CMDB design, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
