Client: Fortune 500 Organization

Compensation: Up to 70 LPA, depending on experience, skills and prevailing market criteria.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations and platform governance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions.
- Define platform architecture, technical standards, design patterns and best practices.
- Lead CMDB/CSDM and Service Catalog architecture and implementation.
- Design and oversee enterprise integrations using APIs,



web services and integration technologies.
- Drive Virtual Agent solutions and conversational experiences.
- Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementation, customization and platform enhancements.
- Work closely with business, engineering and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support platform governance, optimization, upgrades and long-term ServiceNow roadmap.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Architect roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with the four mandatory areas: CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration and Virtual Agent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication level: Minimum 3.5/5; candidates should not have significant MTI.
- Should be comfortable working from Bangalore in a hybrid mode and starting the shift at 1:00 PM IST.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the C2H employment model.
