Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with solid expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience with AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing Now Assist Skill Kit, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, AI-driven workflows, and ServiceNow platform customizations across ITSM modules. This role requires designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and customize Now Assist Skill Kit, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities.

- Develop effective prompts and optimize AI responses using Prompt Engineering best practices.





- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations.

- Develop and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.

- Design AI-enabled workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes.

- Configure AI search, virtual agent capabilities, and intelligent automation features.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow AI and Generative AI innovations.
