We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our Ather Service Team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Ather electric scooters while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic service, inspections, repairs, and maintenance of Ather electric scooters.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Carry out vehicle health checks and ensure all repairs are completed as per Ather service standards.
- Handle PDI, vehicle inspection, accessories fitting, and software/diagnostic-related tasks.
- Maintain proper service records and follow workshop safety and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to complete jobs within the committed time.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of customer vehicles.
- Support the team in delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical field preferred.
- Experience in two-wheeler or automobile service will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and EV technology preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with a strong interest in EV technology may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
