Design, develop, execute, and maintain reusable ServiceNow ATF tests, test steps, templates, suites, and test data.
Perform functional testing of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Level, and Major Incident Management.
Design and maintain reusable Tosca modules, test-case templates, and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications.
Test Management: Test strategy, test data, traceability and defect management
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Micro-Certification, and Tricentis Tosca AS1/AS2 certifications would be an added advantage.
