: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage the complete service operations of our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day workshop and service operations.

Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.

Ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing and repairs.

Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Maintain service quality standards and dealership processes.

Monitor spare parts, warranty, and service-related requirements.

Achieve service revenue, customer retention, and operational targets.

Prepare and review daily/weekly service performance reports.

Eligibility

Experience: 2–5 years in automobile service/workshop operations.

Automobile/Mechanical background preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage a team and achieve service targets.
