Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developer

Location: Bridgestone GCC

Role Overview: The Junior ServiceNow Product Support/Developer will assist in the development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow applications. The role supports platform enhancements, integration efforts, and user experience improvements across IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and the Employee Portal.

Key Responsibilities

- - Support development and configuration of ServiceNow modules
- Assist with integration efforts and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain and enhance Employee Portal functionality
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, advanced student
- 1–3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration or similar Workflow Management Tools
- Familiarity with IT Workflows, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Employee Portal
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP)
- ServiceNow Fundamentals or Certified System Administrator preferred
- Solid analytical and communication skills
