Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Automobile / Mechanical
Experience: 5+ years in Automobile Service
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall service department operations
- Lead and motivate the service team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor workshop productivity and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Achieve service targets and maintain operational standards
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
