Role & responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of aesthetic lasers and medical equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to doctors and clinic staff.

- Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs and system testing.

- Handle product demonstrations and basic technical training for customers.

- Coordinate with international manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.

- Maintain accurate service reports and customer records

- Support the sales team during product demonstrations and installations.

Travel to customer locations across assigned territories as required

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech /Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or related engineering field.

- Experience with aesthetic lasers, medical equipment or healthcare devices preferred.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication skills in English and local language.

- Willing to travel extensively for service and installation requirements.
