We are looking for a Service Site Engineer responsible for the erection, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial boilers and associated systems at customer sites. The candidate should be comfortable working at different project locations and coordinating with clients and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute boiler erection, installation, alignment and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Supervise and coordinate boiler installation and related mechanical work.
- Carry out trial runs, testing and commissioning of boilers and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams during site execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare site reports, commissioning reports, maintenance reports and service records.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards at customer locations.
- Travel to different customer sites across India as per project/service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in industrial boiler erection, installation, commissioning or maintenance will be preferred.
Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, pumps and boiler auxiliaries.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at different project sites across India.
Experience: 3–6 Years
